She is survived by: her husband Captain John E. Yerger; her sons, Jaesen Yerger (U. S. Navy) and Justen Yerger (Amanda) of Rayville, LA; her grandchildren, Tristan, Jackson, Savannah, Brooks, Bella Yerger, Adalynn McDow, Annalise Brakefield and Audrey Freeland; her brother John Van (Lisa); and her friend Babs Clary. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Jacklyn Van Yerger Scholarship funding enabling Jackie's commitment to education.
