She was predeceased by: her husband James R. "Buddy" Fletcher; her parents, Emmett Lowery and Quinnie Lowery; her siblings, Billy Lowery, Faye Anderson, Karen Hall and Nancy Bryant; and her great grandchild Eisley Willow Steele.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Steele (Robert) and Leslie Sanders (Mark); her grandchildren, Joshua Steele (Stacey), Jared Steele (Megan), Mitchell Steele, Layton Sanders, Dana Roberts, Macy Whilhite (Brad) and Kelly Wright; and her close friends, Nancy Creekmore and Tiffany Smith. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
