Though Jeffrey may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jeffrey touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brown and Mary McDuffie Brown. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl B. Garvin (Randall) and Cynthia Stepp (Kerry). He is also survived by four nephews, six great nieces and five great nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chennault Aviation Museum, T2T Tunnels to Towers, or your favorite charity.
