He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Finley and Pauline Finley; his daughter Cheryl Whitton; his brother Art Finley; and his sons-in-law, Donald Everett and Todd Pickron.
He is survived by: his wife Nita "Penny" Finley; his daughters, Rena Spurlin (Tim), Jerri Lynn Everett and Valorie Pickron; his grandchildren, Jerri Star Tomera, Amber Ortega (Oscar), Scotty Spurlin (Mat), Stacy Jo Spurlin, Samuel Spurlin (Kara), Corey Whitton, Joshua Whitton, Destini Paudel (Gary) and Christian Pickron; and his son-in-law Dennie Whitton. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
