He is survived by: his wife Judith Ivy; his children, Mark Ivy (Meg Ivy) and Cassandra Ivy (Steve Millican); his grandchildren, Craig Just, Jr. (Raquel Castillo), Krista Ivy, Cole and Hayden Ivy; his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Millican and Christina Millican; his stepgreat-granddaughter Macy Millican; and his pet Duke.
