She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Perry; and her parents, Opal Richardson and Tom Richardson. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Tim Perry and Rob Perry (Kelli Perry); her grandchildren, Tommy Perry (Roberta Perry), Katie Phillips (Johnny Phillips), Ali Patsley (Philip Patsley), Stevi Howard (Troy Howard) and Drew Perry (Kacee Jo Perry); and her great grandchildren, Joanna, Jude Perry, Julianna, Eva Cate, Gabriella Phillips, Duke Patsley, Lincoln Howard and Knox Perry. She is also survived by un grandmother to her grandchildren.
