He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Ray Niswanger and Marilyn Lindsey Niswanger; and his granddaughter Abigail Hope Niswanger. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Frazer Niswanger; his children, Jodee Bruyninckx (Kyle), Fritz Niswanger (Sarah), Rudy Niswanger (Patricia), Frazer Breckenridge (Dianne) and Douglas Breckenridge; his sister Rae Lynn Smith; his nieces and nephews, Carey Smith (Lynette), Terry Smith (Kristin) and Susan Hassan (Alan); and his grandchildren, Mary Rose, Becca, Sam, Addison, Caroline, Walker, Gray, Shepherd, Molly, Emory, Ava Grace, John Carter, Noah, Owen and Colman.
