He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Ray Niswanger and Marilyn Lindsey Niswanger; and his granddaughter Abigail Hope Niswanger. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Frazer Niswanger; his children, Jodee Bruyninckx (Kyle), Fritz Niswanger (Sarah), Rudy Niswanger (Patricia), Frazer Breckenridge (Dianne) and Douglas Breckenridge; his sister Rae Lynn Smith; his sibling's children, Carey Smith (Lynette), Terry Smith (Kristin) and Susan Hassan (Alan); and his grandchildren, Mary Rose, Becca, Sam, Addison, Caroline, Walker, Gray, Shepherd, Molly, Emory, Ava Grace, John Carter, Noah, Owen and Colman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Homes - Monroe (1200 Lamy Ln, Monroe, LA 71201). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (1400 N 4th St, Monroe, LA 71201).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Episcopal Church.
