He is survived by: his wife Anne Susan Cornish Frazer; his son Thomas Harlan Frazer of Brooklyn, NY; his sister-in-law Megan Lynn Cornish of Seattle, WA; and his cousin Lance Lide (Mercedes) of Greenbrier, AR..
