We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2025, at the age of 72, Judith D. Breard (Monroe, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Downey, Sr. and Peggy Downey; and her brother Billie Downey Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Danny Breard Sr.; her sons, Danny Breard Jr. (Miranda) and Chris Breard (Meg); her grandchildren, Mary Kathryn, Daniel, Caroline and Cate; and her sisters, Sally Cagle (Tod) and Jenny Hood (J. R.). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to The Tarver Braddock Foundation or a charity of your choice.
