He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dorris and Elizabeth Dorris; and his sister Carolyn Dorris. He is survived by: his wife Kim Dorris; his children, Trent Dorris (Haley) and Carolyn Dorris; his granddaughter Camille Dorris; and his cousin Cindy Welker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home - Monroe Monroe (1200 Lamy Ln, Monroe, LA 71201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
