She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Powell George and Effie Smith George; her brother Kenneth George; and her daughter Rhonda Culp Fox. She is survived by: her husband James W. Eads, Jr.; her children, Janet Culp Sachrison (Steve) and David Alan Culp (Mark Windham); her grandchildren, Joseph William Meade (Megan), Harrison Maxey, Jonathan Maxey, Kyle Sachrison and Paige Renee Sachrison Burroughs (Dalton); and her great grandchildren, Noah Meade, Layla Maxey, Peyton Maxey and Hadison Maxey.
