He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Mae Easterling Nappier and Lawrence R. Nappier. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ramsey Nappier; his children, Todd Lundy (Mary Jane), Lisa Stout, Shawn Nappier and Michael Nappier; his grandchildren, Justin Lundy, Dalton Lundy, Joseph Peacock, Tyler Peacock, Jacob Peacock, Gillian Price and Brandon Robinson; and his sister Merrille Lowery (Clyde).

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
