She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Boozer; her parents, Robert L. Kulbeth and Bonnie A. Kulbeth; her brother Delbert M. Kulbeth; and her brothers-in-law, T. J. Westfall, Jewel Ray "Blackie" Franklin, George W. Boozer and J. Dwight Boozer.

She is survived by: her daughter Suzette Boozer Russell (Danny); her grandsons, Brad Russell (Lauren) and Tyler Russell; her sisters, Betty Franklin and Linda Brown; her siblings-in-law, Wanda Miles Kulbeth, Claudia Boozer Westfall and Thomas Boozer; and her friend Al Webb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other close family friends.
