He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Douglas and Fannie Douglas; and his siblings, Annie Mae Davis, Ruth Begley and Donald Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Carmen Sullivan (Doug), Marshall "Scott" Douglas and Janet Woodard (Dave); and his grandchildren, Megan Langford, April Nassif, Emily Broome, Marshall "Lane" Douglas, Hannah LaCroix-Scoliere, Alyson Wickham, Bryan Douglas, Olivia Wickham, Chloe Wickham, Ashley Issac and Jennifer Sullivan. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Start Baptist Church (892 Charleston Dr, Rayville, LA 71279). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to The Alzheimer's Association (https://donorservices.alz.org) or to the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum in Monroe, Louisiana.
