Mary Alice (Mike) Husted Obituary

We announce the death of Mary Alice (Mike) Husted of Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 99. Mary Alice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Carroll and Habib Mickel; her husband William "Bill" Lindsey Husted, Jr.; her son William "Billy" Lindsey Husted III; her daughter-in-law Debbie Hamilton Husted; and her great grandchild Tarver Mickel Braddock.

She is survived by: her children, Carroll Husted Swander (Steve) and Mickel Douglas Husted (Susie); her daughter-in-law Vicki Sanders Husted; her grandchildren, Stephen Swander (Cherise), Holly Campbell (Brian), Lindsey Braddock (Brett), Elizabeth Hazlip (Magruder), Bill Swander (Lindsey), Emily Martin (Wes), Molly Glaser (Lance) and Trey Williams (Katie); her great grandchildren, Stephen David, Camille, Will, Thomas, Stella, Mac, Mae, John, William, James, Walker, Levi, Riley, Anna Reid, Tripp, Mary Alice, Wills, Clarke, Kathryn and Mack; her friend Tami Cobb; her caregivers, Annaliese, Jelisa, Coco, Lisa and Lori; and her grandsons, Magruder Hazlip, Brian Campbell, Brett Braddock, Mickel Husted, Wes Martin and Lance Glaser.
