He is survived by: his wife Kay Carroway Robertson; his children, Alan (Lisa), Jase (Missy), Willie (Korie), Jep (Jessica) and Phyllis (Tony Thomas); and his brother Si Robertson. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

“I'm so sorry for your loss. I loved your show and was happy to find a program I could watch with my boys while they were growing up- a good, family show. Phil will be deeply missed. Your family has touched so many lives as a godly family. My sons are almost grown now, and we still watch the reruns. I believe God instilled in your family the purpose of helping others find the Lord. I loved at the end of every show, Phil would pray. His memory will live on for generations to come. John 14 :2-3”
