It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel R. Shelby (Monroe, Louisiana), born in Cleveland, Arkansas, who passed away on January 13, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Rhodes and William Andrew Rushing; her siblings, Alec of Tom, AB, Henry D, Jack and Ollie; and her daughter-in-law Laurie Walker Shelby.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra; her son-in-law Randy Cloud of Conway, Arkansas; her son Ronnie of Monroe, Louisiana; her grandsons, Chris, Craig, Mark, Michael, Stewart, Will and Scott; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Kaleigh, Sarah Beth, Amanda, Zachary, Mason, Kelsey, Abbey, Ryleigh, Macy, Jordan, Davis, Mallory, Madison, Jake, Molly and Tyler; and her sister-in-law Barbara Attwood (Jim Ed). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
