He was predeceased by: his mother Anne Langley Senn (Thomas Devoughan). He is survived by: his stepmother Attie Brinson; his siblings, Thomas Devoughan Day Jr., Christa Edwards and Debra Maeteen Hardin; his niece Jessica Nicole Day (Ricky); Glenda Bumpurs. He is also survived by cousins and nieces.
