He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Bailey and Merry Justice; and his brothers, Douglas Manuel and Donnie Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Harnar (Brian), Sheila Bailey and Marvin Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe (1321 N 7th St, West Monroe, LA 71291). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
