She was predeceased by: her husband William David Hale Sr.; her parents, Ray Prickett and Dorothy Prickett; and her siblings, Tommy Prickett, Linda Monfort and David Prickett.

She is survived by: her sister Donna Bertram; her children, Carey Don Fussell, Ray Fussell (Christina), Sharon Hale O'Briant and William David Hale Jr. (Angela); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Victoria, Carter, Ethan, Christina (Chris) and Allison.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
