She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil J. Stevens and Beverly Sue Hearne Stevens; her siblings, Jay Stevens and Hope Carroll; her brother-in-law Robert Carroll; and her grandparents, Hardy, Susie Stevens, Lester and Eloise Hearne.
She is survived by: her sister Toni Stevens Collins; her granddaughter Jacey Caples; her sibling's children, Jennifer Carroll Mercer (Denver), Bradley Carroll (Dawn), Payne Collins and Brody Stevens; and her great-nephew Harris Carroll.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in her honor to the cancer charity of their choice.
