She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harper of Harper's Barber Shop and Patricia Harper; and her brother Patrick Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Gary Scott; her children, Amie Sittner (Scott), Teresa Hicks (Brian) and Billy Joiner (Ashley); her grandchildren, Justice, Liberty Sittner, Mia Hicks, Belle, Jack, Sara Hope and Bennett Joiner; and her siblings, Marty Ramsey, Jamie Grant (Eddie) and Rick Harper (Becky). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Warrior Alumni Athletic Foundation in support of St. Frederick High School.
