He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lee Seegers; his children, Emily Seegers Rash (Bob), Dr. Robert Lee Seegers (Nell) and Douglas Alexander Seegers (Gloria); his grandchildren, Ronald Stewart Shelby (Rachel) of Monroe, LA, William Seegers Shelby (Megan) of Monroe, LA, Dr. Scott Andrew Shelby (Brienne) of Monroe, LA, Lauren Seegers Erwin (Will) of Monroe, LA, Katie Seegers Roth (Chip) of New Orleans and Robert Lee Seegers, Jr. (Blair) of Gulfport, MS.; his sisters, Kathryn Seegers Hutchinson and Dorothy Seegers Williams; his great grandchildren, Amanda Caroline Shelby, Mason Alexander Shelby, Ryleigh Mae Shelby, Abigail Elizabeth Shelby, Anna Florence Roth, Madison Eileen Shelby, Davis Stewart Shelby, Alexander Camors Roth, Reagan Elizabeth Erwin, Charles Seegers Roth and William Joseph Erwin, IV; and his stepgrandchildren, Trey Moore, Laura Richardson and Bougher Moore.
