With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terri Lynn Lockard of Monroe, Louisiana, born in West Monroe, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace E. Freeman and Shiley H. Freeman; her father-in-law David L. Lockard; and her daughter-in-law Christy Freeman. She is survived by: her husband David C. Lockard; her children, Robert E. Freeman (Christy), Matthew C. Lockard and Amanda M. Lockard (Eric Love); her mother-in-law Carol Lockard; her siblings, Johnny Freeman (Linda) and Yvonne Carter (Robert); her grandchildren, Deborah Freeman, Shyanne Johnson (Nathan), Travis Gray (Mayi), Kyler Scott, Stryker Scott, Emma Love, Layla Love and Aurora Beatrix Farmer; and her great grandchildren, Harmonie Lynn Freeman and Arkayla Gray.
