He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perkins Sr. and Jewel Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Karen Claire Perkins; his children, Tiffany Willams, Vanessa Stewart (French) and Walter Lee Perkins III (Donnelle); his grandchildren, Tristan Williams, Peyton Williams, Mia Williams and Helene Stewart; his siblings, Betty Burgio (Mike) and Larry Perkins (Lisa); and his brother-in-law Glynn Pittman (Jonette). He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
