He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin Geoghegan, Sr. and Dorothy Louise Dore; his wife Linda Vance Geoghegan; his sister Margaret Ann "Peggy" Clarke; and his stepmother Geneva "Jenny" Geoghegan.
He is survived by: his sons, William Martin Geoghegan III of Vidalia, LA, Patrick Thomas Geoghegan (Morgan) of Lake St and Christopher Charles Geoghegan (Leah) of Ferriday, LA; his siblings, Thomas Barker "Tommy" Geoghegan of Natchez, MS and Mary Jo Calcote (Mark) of Smithdale, MS; and his grandchildren, Thomas Geoghegan, Nicholas Scirocco, Cailey Geoghegan, Abigail Geoghegan, Amelia Geoghegan, Ashton Geoghegan, Brooklynn Geoghegan, Cullen Geoghegan and Collins Geoghegan.
