He was predeceased by: his sons, Wayne Ellis II and Marcus Ellis; his mother Madeline Ellis; and his brother Bruce Ellis. He is survived by: his sons, Randy Ellis and Gary Ellis; his granddaughter Kim Miller; and his brother Robert "Bob" Ellis. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
