He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe "Jay" L. Ratcliff and Mable Crouch Ratcliff; and his sister Sheila Ratcliff Paul. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pecanty Ratcliff of Monterey, LA; his daughters, Annie Ratcliff Sance (Glenn) of Holden, LA, Jennie Ratcliff Rogers (Tim) of Lettsworth, LA and Rebecca Ratcliff Simmons (Ralph) of Monterey, LA; his grandchildren, Britt Overton (Chelsi), Austin Overton of Holden, LA, Hanah Sance of Holden, LA and Ainslee Simmons of Monterey, LA; his great grandchildren, Drake Overton of Livingston, LA and Carter Ann Overton of Livingston, LA; his aunt Doris Steele Osborne of LaPorte, TX; his niece Jessie Paul of New Orleans, LA; his brother-in-law Pervon Paul of Monterey, LA; his cousin Charlotte Broussard (Jerry) of Deridder, LA; and his adoptive daughter Brandi Lipsey of Monterey, LA.
