He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Remy Chiasson and Patsy Chiasson; and his brother Ronnie Chiasson. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Chiasson, Ashley Willis and Anna Chiasson; his son-in-law Taylor Willis; his daughters, Brandi and Jami Lipsey; his siblings, Remy Chiasson (Patricia), Kim Chiasson (Marla), Beth Melancon (Timothy), Karin Gauthreaux (Kelly), Patty Perry (Alton) and Suzanne Blakeman (Byron "Brooks" Blakeman); and his grandchildren, Robert Maggenti Jr., Damien Chiasson, Remy Chiasson and Eloise Willis.
