It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leah Watson of Monterey, Louisiana, born in Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Alvin "Bull" Parker; and her daughter Mary Elaine Germany. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Tolar Parker of Jonesville, LA; her children, James Germany, Jr. (Susan) of Columbia, LA, Jason Roy Watson (Sheena) of Mount Bellvue, TX, Shana Dawson of Zachary, LA and Hailee Hodges of Glenmora, LA; her brother Lee Parker (Amanda) of Jonesville, LA; her grandchildren, James Germany, III, Gracie Marie Germany, Makayla Paige Strange, Cameron Gauge Strange, Kaitlyn Watson, Jayln Watson, Jason Watson, II, Kaia Redus, Jonovan Dawson, Reign Huffman and Mila Dawson; and her close friend Becky Boone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
