In loving memory of Mary Nell Graves of Monterey, Louisiana, who departed this world on December 21, 2025 at the age of 86. Mary Nell leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Graves; her parents, John Bougues and Myrtle Bougues; her children, Billy Thomas Jr., Kat Case, Teresa Whitehead and Sharon Butler; and her great grandchild Elijah Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Taylor (Marvin), Larry Graves (Charnell) of Corpus Christi, TX and Gerald Graves (Martha) of Victoria, TX; and her brother Wendell Thornton (Amy) of Winnsboro, LA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ibert's Mortuary - Patterson (1111 Lia St, Patterson, LA 70392). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
