He is survived by: his wife Kay Thompson; his sons, Keith Green (Monica) and Coy Green; his granddaughters, Macy, Hannah and Alyssa Green; and his siblings, Doug Thompson (Walda), David Thompson (Brenda), Clay Thompson (Sunnye), Nina Chase (Larry) and Jamie Carroll (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
