He is survived by: his wife Avis Ann Phillips; his children, Jerrenda Guidry (Eric) of Baton Rouge, Charles Phillips III (Shauntel) of Houma and Keona Phillips of Patterson; his grandchildren, Tyler (McKenzie), Nylah, Shaun, Charleston, Nairi, Elle and Elliott; his siblings, Jackie Phillips of Morgan, Jerrie Phillips of St Martinville, Jeffery Phillips Sr. of New Iberia and Earline Gaskins (David) of Morgan City; his aunts, Bettye Price of Kansas City and Barbara Nell Smith of Houston, Texas.; his godson Kieta Phillips of Las Vegas, Nevada.; his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Turner (Sandra) of Patterson, James Turner (Delores) of Patterson and Earthell Turner (Shirley) of Patterson; his mother-in-law Evelyn G. Williams; his brother-in-law Sterling Williams; his niece Shanqualla Turner-Thompson; his cousin Thomas Riley Sr.; his nephew Peter Skinner; Mitchell Williams (Alicia) of Morgan City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends, church members and Mason brothers.
