She was predeceased by: her mother Ellen Vinie Ray; and her grandchildren, Ta'Mari Ray and Gregory Ray, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Ray, Sr. (Niesha) of Houston, Curtis Ray of New Orleans, Travis Ray of Morgan City and Vernon Norwood; her grandchildren, Zoie Ray, TaMaje'Ray and Tia Ray; and her friend Curtis Norwood. She is also survived by her sons, grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Siracusaville Recreation Center (1110 Grace St, Morgan City, LA 70380). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
