She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidoro Rodriguez and Graciela Rodriguez; her husband Manuel Ramirez; and her siblings, Estela Castro, Ramiro A. Castro and Lazaro Castro.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Conner (Dean) of Morgan City, L. Manuel Ramirez (Sharon) of Morgan City, Maria Llagostera and Domingo Llagostera of Texas; her grandchildren, Michael D. Conner, Jessica G. Conner, Domingo M. Llagostera, Alex D. Llagostera, Brittany M. Whisenant, Jonathan M. Ramirez, Katherine M. Albarado and Elizabeth G. Ramirez; and her siblings, Isabel Ortiz (Odilio) of Miami, FL and Isidoro Rodriguez (Gladys) of Cuba. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
