He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Livingston McCloy Sr. and Lena Belle Verret McCloy; his sisters, Betty McCloy and Nettie Acosta; his nephew Peter Acosta; his in-laws, Harry and Joan Badeaux; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Daniel Badeaux and Betty Moore Badeaux.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Badeaux McCloy; his sons, Shawn Michael McCloy (Electa) and Kerry McCloy (Jeanne); and his grandchildren, Liam Daniel Joseph McCloy and McKenzie Grace McCloy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Daniels name.
