She was predeceased by: her parents, Evans Rhodes and Doliska Tevay Rhodes; her son Wayne Macalusa; and her former husband Dominick Macalusa. She is survived by: her husband Lynwood Guidry; her daughter Raye Ann Bernard; her grandchildren, Dana Knowles (Shane), Ricky Broussard (Chrystal), Kara Bernard (Cody) and Nick Bernard (Luisa); and her great grandchildren, Denzel Knowles (Brittany), Daysha Knowles (Casey), Dany Knowles, Daryn Knowles, Ali Broussard (Jackson), Adam Broussard and Aleiah Broussard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
