He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blanco Sr. and Dorothy Giroir; his sister Mathilda B. Wiggins (Tilla); and his grandparents, Clarence, Lorena Blanco, Violet and Jene Giroir.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Blanco Jr. and Penny Hatcher; his nieces and nephews, Davin Felton (Katy), Herbert Hatcher (Melissa), Randy Hatcher, Christopher Hatcher (Marie), Taylor Blanco, Calli Blanco (Gavin), Ravin Wiggins and Leah Wiggins; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kora, Bentley, Robert, Stephanie, Jarold, Christopher Jr., Savanna, Britany, Kimberley, Eric, Melissa, Tyler, Rayelynn, Alora and Evelia; his nephews, Amora, McKayla, Aubrey, Elijah and Edward; and his siblings-in-law, Dana Matherne, Robert Hatcher Jr. and Troy Wiggins. He is also survived by five great-great niece.
