It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Erland Tholen (Morgan City, Louisiana), who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Erland Tholen and Iris Tholen. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Maddix Tholen; his children, Rene Tholen Fontenot (Anthony) of Moss Bluff, LA and Kirk Tholen (Christina) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Ty Fontenot, Madison Fontenot Dyer, Abby Fontenot, Connor Tholen, Taylor Tholen and Brooke Tholen; and his siblings, Violet Tholen Orgeron and Dale Tholen (Judy).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in John's memory to the St. Stephen's Church Building Fund in Berwick, LA.
