He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Alcina Blanchard and Adam Blanchard; and his parents-in-law, Sidney Raymond and Nonnie Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Raymond Blanchard; his sons, Bryan Blanchard (Stephanie) and Brent Blanchard (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Taylor Blanchard, Olivia Blanchard, Blake Blanchard, Tanner Weber and Nate Weber; and his siblings, A. J. Blanchard (Celina) and Lynette Weber (Ricky). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, if desired.
