She is survived by: her husband Jack Phillips; her children, Martha Hayes (Hubert), Kieta Phillips (Natasha), Jacklyn Smith (Christopher), Marco Phillips and Patrick Phillips; and her sister Patricia Bell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
