With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Paul Romero of Morse, Louisiana, born in Mermentau, Louisiana, who passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Peggy Smith Romero; his daughter Robin Gale Romero; his parents, Eloi Romero and Rose Credeur Romero; and his brother Carroll Romero.

He is survived by : his children, Dustin Willard Romero (Allyson) of Mire, Darren Paul Romero (Katie) of Egan and Amanda Gale Clark (Tyler) of Maxie; his grandchildren, Haden, Holden, Allie, Nicholas, William, Mary, Olivia (OJ), Samual and Emmalin; and his siblings, Deanna Lunson of Egan and D. H. Romero of Gueydan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
