It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Jo Herbert (Moss Bluff, Louisiana), who passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Givens and May Joan Givens; her daughter Leanne Herbert; and her brother-in-law Richard Herbert. She is survived by: her husband Randall Herbert; her sons, Ryan Herbert (Yari) and Joshua Herbert; her grandsons, Kane and Levi Herbert; her sister Cheri Jacobs (Daryl); her sister-in-law Kayla Bordelon (Glen); and her nieces and nephews, Lerae, Jenna, Andy-Nicole, Jon and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 10th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 8:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hixson Funeral Home Chapel.
