He was predeceased by: his parents, Floureman "Jack" Guillory and Ruby Beatrice Derouen Guillory; his brothers, Huland J. Guillory and Robert James "Bob" Guillory; and his granddaughter Laurie Gail Daigle Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Vena Arabie Guillory of Moss Bluff; his son Charles Milton Guillory Jr. of Lake Charles; his stepchildren, James Paul Daigle (Jennie) of Westlake and Jeanette Landreneau (David) of Moss Bluff; his grandchildren, Jamie Daigle Morgan (O. B.) of Ragley, LA, Ernest Daigle (Krystal) of Westlake, LA, David Wayne Landreneau (Twila), Kathy Evans (Troy) of Moss Bluff, LA and Alisa Ann Landreneau; his grandson-in-law Jay Fields of Abilene, TX.; his siblings, Wilton Lee "Curley" Guillory of New Iberia, LA, Wilmer Paul "Dean" Guillory (Phoebe) of Lake Charles and Evelyn Marie Guillory Schopen of Lake Charles, LA.; and his pets, Rita and Violet. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
