He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvin, Frances Fontenot and Arvel West; and his uncle Spencer Fontenot. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Fontenot and Nancy Fontenot; his grandmother Joyce West; his aunts, Lena Dykes, Karen (Brad Holland), Linda Fontenot and Lori (Robert Perry); his uncle Keith (Andrea West); and his cousins, Bradley Holland (Julie), Tracy Matherne (Philip), Kim Guillory (Chris), Brent Fontenot, Ben Perry, Rebekah Potts (Jake), Kaci Lindsay (Nicholas), Kileigh Ryan (Jordan), Kori West, Joe Dykes (Traci), Terri Baker (Mitch) and Nolen Dykes.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar Johnson Funeral Home - Moss Bluff (2171 US-171, Lake Charles, LA 70611). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Memorial Baptist Cemetery.
