He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Burt of Moss Bluff; his children, Harry O. Burt, Jr. of Lake Charles and Cynthia Koonce (Joel) of Moss Bluff; and his grandchildren, Zakary, Cole, Shianne Burt, Hannah Koonce (Colby Fruge) and Parker Koonce.
