He is survived by: his children, Jessica Widener and Hershal Richard; his stepdaughter Kelly Wildman; his grandchildren, Kobi Sonnier, Tyler Richard, Hayden Richard, Aleigh Langley, Kennedy Langley and Owen Widener; his great grandchildren, Luke Richard and Elliot Sonnier; and his siblings, Gayla Sue Hebert, Ronnie Richard, Jerry Richard and Randy Richard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
