She is survived by: her father Otto Wuelfing; her cousin Debbie Kirk; her pets, Scout, Kahlua, Cream, Bailey and Ivan; her husband Tom Wade; her daughter BreeAnne Wade; and her siblings, Tammy Rayburn, Eric Wuelfing, Dana Sullivan, Tonya Whitaker and Ron Marinelli.
