She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence "Shorty" Singleton; her parents, Joseph Williamson and Mertie Daugharty Williamson; her siblings, Eloise Caskey, Myrtle "Marie" Gotte, Robert Williamson (Thelton) and Dewey "Pete" Williamson; and her in-laws, Walter and Leah Singleton.
She is survived by: her children, Chad Singleton (Veronica), Carter Singleton, Neal Singleton (Kathy), Larry Doyle, DeeDee Derouen (Scotty) and Lecia Lyles (Dewey); her sister Evelyn Moore; and her sister-in-law Kathy Williamson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home - Moss Bluff (2171 US-171, Lake Charles, LA 70611). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Dry Creek Cemetery.
