She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Cook and Gertrude Cook; her husband Henry F. Nolte, Jr.; her daughter Ava; and her siblings, Lorin Cook and Maxie Ruth Cook King.

She is survived by: her children, Suzy Blackwelder (Steve), David Nolte (Sheryl) and GiGi Turner (Michael); her grandchildren, Kirk Blackwelder (Misty), Laura Roberson (Ryan), Mitchell Robinson (Kaylee), Tyler Nolte, Caleb Nolte and Samantha Shepherd; her great grandchildren, Tori Blackwelder, Ava Roberson, Ren Roberson, Ashley Garrett, Grace Garrett, Cason Robinson and Gage Robinson; and her nephew Lorin King.
